TranceForm — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TranceForm ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application TranceForm (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. What We Collect

• Goals, plans and sessions: the goals you type, any notes you add to them, the day-by-day plan and the session scripts written for you, and which days you have completed. Kept in a database on your phone and on our servers under your anonymous ID.
• Optional profile: if you choose to fill it in: a name, age, gender and free-text notes. It is used only to make your plans and sessions fit you. You can leave it empty.
• Session audio: each session is read aloud by a computer voice on our servers and sent to your phone. Once your phone has it, our copy is deleted; audio that was never collected is deleted after 7 days.
• Purchases: handled by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat. We receive your anonymous ID, what you bought and whether a subscription is active, and we keep your credit balance. We never receive payment card details.
• Device identifiers: the anonymous ID itself and, if you allow notifications, a push token so we can tell you when a session is ready.
• Usage analytics (versions before 1.1.0 only): older versions of the App used Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage, diagnostic and crash data. Version 1.1.0 and later contain no analytics.

We do not collect your email address, location, contacts, photos or microphone input. The App does not record you.

2. How We Use Information

• To write your plan and each day's session: your goal, notes, the day's theme and your optional profile are sent to an AI service (Section 3).
• To turn the script into audio in the voice you chose, and deliver it to your phone.
• To keep your goals, progress and credit balance, and to honour purchases.
• To notify you when a session is ready, if you allowed notifications.

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not build a profile of you for anyone else.

3. Third-Party Services

These companies process information for us, only to run the App:

• Google (Gemini API): writes your plan and session scripts from the goal, notes and optional profile described above. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: hosts our database and the short-lived session audio. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Google Cloud: runs the service that reads your session aloud. The voices are computer voices; no recording of a person is involved.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): delivers the "your session is ready" notification using a push token.
• RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): manages subscription status and credit purchases using your anonymous ID. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple / Google: in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is kept in a database on your phone and on our servers, where each anonymous user can read only their own rows. Session audio is kept on our servers only until your phone has downloaded it.

All communication with our servers and with third-party services is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete everything we hold about you from inside the App: Profile → Delete my data. It removes your goals, sessions, profile, credits and any session audio from our servers and from your phone, immediately. Uninstalling the App alone does not delete the copy on our servers.

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Delete all of your data yourself (Section 5).
• Ask us what we hold under your anonymous ID, or ask us to delete it. Your ID is shown in the App under Profile; we have no other way to find your data, because we do not know who you are.
• Turn notifications off in your phone's settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
