iOS (Apple App Store)

If you downloaded Baseball Tracker from the Apple App Store, your license to the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the additional Apple terms in our Terms of Service (see "Apple App Store — Additional Terms").

Android (Google Play)

If you downloaded Baseball Tracker from Google Play, your license to the app is the license granted in our Terms of Service, alongside the Google Play Terms of Service.

The Service Itself

Regardless of where you downloaded the app, your use of the Baseball Tracker service — accounts, AI analysis, leaderboards, subscriptions, and user content — is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
