Delete Your Strivly Account

The Fastest Way — In the App
- Open Strivly.
- Go to More → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account (Apple/Google identity or guest), your synced app data, and your AI usage records are all removed from our servers. There is no recovery window.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (Apple, Google, or anonymous guest), including your email if it was shared.
- All app data synced to your account (trackers, entries, food and workout logs, plans, recipes, journal, coach history, settings).
- Anonymous AI usage counters and analytics events tied to your account.
- Any stored push-notification tokens.
What is not affected: data stored locally on your phone (delete it by removing the App or clearing its data), and purchase/subscription records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat under their own policies. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
Can't Access the App?
Email dev@adelyons.com with the subject "Strivly account deletion" from the email associated with your account (or describe the account), and we will delete it for you, normally within 7 days.
